Parking at Eastland
Free for the first three hours
If you’ve spent less than three hours in the centre, you can proceed straight to your car. A camera will recognise your license plate details at each exit and the boom gate will automatically open.
Free if you spend $300 or more in one day
Spend $300 or more in one shopping trip and receive free parking all day.
Simply visit Guest Services on Level 2, near MECCA to validate your parking.
Free if you Enter after 6pm.
Guests entering Eastland after 6pm will also enjoy free parking. Please not if you enter before 6pm, normally parking rates apply.
Extra Hour Free Parking
Catch a movie at Hoyts or enjoy a meal at one of our Town Square or Casual Dining restaurants and enjoy an additional hour of free parking. Collect your
parking pass from these retailers once you dine or before you catch your movie and scan at the boom gates upon exiting.
Staying longer than 3 hours?
Eastland guests who have parked for more than three hours can pay in one of three ways:
- at one of the many pay stations located in the lobby entrances of each car park by entering their license plate detail.
- by registering online at parking.eastland.com.au to authorise an automatic credit card charge when exiting the car park.
- at car park exit barriers by inserting a credit card.
Please note, after exiting the car park for a minimum of one hour, you may return to the car park on the same day to receive an additional three hours of free parking.
Ticketless parking
The Eastland parking system is a timed, ticketless parking system based on licence plate recognition. On entry, a camera recognises licence plate details
and a digital screen displays each vehicle’s arrival time. Vehicles are not required to stop as tickets are not issued. Once inside the car park,
guests can locate an available park using the green and red light system overhead.
Disability Parking Permits
Disabled parking is free for authorised disabled parking permit holders. Guests with a disabled parking permit can validate their parking by visiting the Guest
Services team, Level 2, near MECCA. This only needs to be validated once and will be recognised for all subsequent trips. Disabled parking bays are located at
all entrances to Eastland.
